Traditional Canal Boat Signage – Roving Rowan Cafe is a beautiful old working narrowboat which has been lovingly restored by the new custodians who have now made her into a floating cafe selling coffee and ice cream up and down the River Stort and River Lea in London, Hertfordshire and Essex.
